Hair care
Treat it like your own hair, and it lasts.
Human hair doesn’t get oils from your scalp, so it needs a little help staying soft. Here’s the routine we recommend, in order.
Detangle first
Before washing, finger-detangle or use a wide-tooth comb, working from the ends up to the weft.
Wash gently
Use a sulphate-free shampoo, smoothed downward and never scrubbed in circles.
Condition well
Leave a moisturising conditioner in for a few minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Dry with care
Squeeze out water, blot with a microfibre towel and air-dry where you can. Use low heat and protectant if you blow-dry.

Do
- Use sulphate-free shampoo and a moisturising conditioner
- Use heat protectant and keep tools on low to medium heat
- Sleep in a silk or satin scarf or bonnet
- Store unworn bundles in a satin bag, away from sun
Don’t
- Brush curly or wavy hair while it’s dry
- Go to bed with hair wet or loose
- Rub with a towel; squeeze and blot instead
- Leave chlorine or salt water in; rinse right after swimming

How many bundles do I need?
Most full sew-ins take 3 bundles, which is why our bundle deals come in sets of three. For extra fullness or longer lengths, add a fourth. A closure or frontal finishes the look with a natural parting.
What’s the difference between Mink and RAW?
